In the early 18th century, the square Top of the market was built a complex of buildings of the arcade - the place where the best shops of Minsk, which was passed by the rich visitors and guests.

In the 90 years of the 18th century architect Kramer rebuilt the complex, combining all of the buildings together and giving them the features of classicism.
