Bo Phut is a coastal village on the Northern tip of Samui island. Especially popular among the absolute number of tourists enjoy the local sunsets.

Bo Phut is one of the few places on Samui where are preserved the authentic atmosphere of Thai and Chinese life. Recently, however, it is experiencing a tourist boom: new hotels and bungalows appear here more and more often.

The center of Bo Phut is the so called fishing village, is a charming village in the Eastern part of the coast, while the tourist area is located in the West. Quay Bo Phut, despite the active construction, retains its charm: the old buildings of the Chinese tea shops here combined with modern cozy cafes, restaurants and brand stores. By the way, this is where you can taste the most delicious Thai food on Koh Samui.

The Bo Phut beach, is a 2 kilometers of sand framed by coconut palms. The main pastime here: beach games, relaxing by the sea, but swimming is not particularly popular. The water here can acquire a dark color, especially in winter.

In contrast to the popular Chaweng beach, here in Bo Phut, the emphasis is not on the vibrant nightlife and relaxing holiday for couples and families. One is to provide a jet-ski rental in the Western part of the village, carting off the main road, Thai massage and SPA, and, of course, Friday's fair, where you can taste many types of Thai dishes, view national view and purchase Souvenirs.
