Cabot tower is located in the city of Bristol, UK. It is located in a Park on Brandon hill, near the centre of the city.

The tower was built in honor of the famous sailor John Cabot, in commemoration of the 400th anniversary of his expedition. A native of Italy, Navigator Giovanni Kaboto in 1494 moved to England, where rework his name in English fashion. In 1497 on the ship Matthew, John Cabot reached the shores of the country now called Canada.

The tower was begun in 1897 and completed in 1898. Inside the tower is a spiral staircase in the tower are two viewing platforms, which offer excellent views of the city. Upper deck is located at a height of 102 meters above sea level, the height of the tower is 32 meters.

The tower is built of red Sandstone and limestone, cream-colored, the architectural style is neo-Gothic.
