Centennial hall – sports and entertainment complex, located in a historic building in wrocław. Centennial hall was built in 1911-1913 by the architect max Berg.

Name sports and entertainment complex connected with the one hundredth anniversary of the Battle of Nations at Leipzig, which took place in 1813. In 1907 the city of Breslau has decided to celebrate the anniversary by holding a large-scale exhibition for the opening of which was allocated land near the Zoological garden. The city government held an architectural competition for the most interesting project of the exhibition complex, which was won by the team of architect Berg, Trower and Miller. The project was ambitious: the most massive concrete floors in the world, the dome of 67 meters in diameter, 56 spaces for exhibitions. The hall could accommodate about 10 thousand visitors.

The construction of the Hall was completed in 1912, in addition to the complex were built and other facilities in the surrounding area. In the centenary Hall was brought to the world's largest body 222 of the register and 16706 tubes. The Grand opening was held in may 1913, in the presence of crown Prince Wilhelm Hohenzollern, and the play Hauptmann.

During the Second world war the Hall almost suffered the injuries were inflicted only to the body. After the war, the Centennial Hall was closed for repairs: installed Central heating, Nazi symbols removed, upgraded flooring, upgraded sound system.

Currently in Centennial Hall hosts major international exhibitions, fairs, music festivals, and sporting events. In 1997, there was held a Eucharistic Congress, which was attended by Pope John Paul II.

In 2006, the Centennial Hall was listed as a UNESCO world heritage site.
