The house of don Enrique Yuchengco, formerly known as the Main Administrative Building, is a 9-storey building in the neoclassical style, located on the campus of the University De La Salle in Manila around Malate. It was built in 2000 as the main administrative building of the University. In the construction of the building was directly involved Alfonso Yuchengco, permanent representative of the Philippines to the UN. For his help, the building was named in honor of his father Enrique Yuchengco.

A feature of the building is the Central computer is responsible for automatic air conditioning and fire safety systems. Inside there are 4 lift, 20 training rooms and 6 conference rooms. The first floor of the building is used for various events and meetings. On the second floor is a Museum with an area of 450 sq. m., which previously housed an art gallery. It is believed that it is the largest exhibition area in Manila.

Today the Museum contains works of contemporary Filipino art, donated by philanthropists Willie and Doreen by Fernandes. In particular, here you can see works by famous artists, nine of which are national artists of the country, Fernando Amorsolo, Jose Joya, Arturo Luz, Vicente Manansala, etc. Every trimester exposure in the Museum are changing.

On the seventh floor Yuchengco is a cutting-edge three-tiered auditorium. Teresa Yuchengco accommodate up to 1,100 people. It is named after the wife of Alfonso Yuchengco. The auditorium is equipped with modern lighting and sound systems. Outside is two-level foyer. It often hosts large corporate events, concerts and celebrations.
