The ancient manor of Belkino is located in the suburb of Obninsk. Today it is a favorite place of recreation for obinze. Once it was the possession of the brother of Boris Godunov – Seeds. Since the 15th century it belonged to the old nobility Belking. In the 18th century village of Belkino passed to Ivan Vorontsov Illarionovich. Having married, he resigned in summer and autumn lived in Belkino. Vorontsov was obsessed with a passion for building and erected a stone house here, the temple and smashed the regular Park.
Then Belkino passed to D. P. Buturlin, as a dowry for his granddaughter, I. I. Vorontsov. D. P. Buturlin was the curator of the Hermitage, owned a large library, which during the Moscow fire of 1812 burned down (part of his library, who was in Belkino, survived). Buturlino liked spending time in Belkino, he loved gardening and had greenhouses with wild orange and lemon trees, rare flowers.

Stone Borisoglebsky Church located on the estate, was built in 1773, He was part of the manor complex. His face is clearly traced to the tradition of Catherine's era. Nekrasov under the leadership of V. I. Bazhenov.
