National natural Park Baconao is perhaps the most unusual place in all of Cuba and the most original amusement Park in the country. Declared by UNESCO a Biosphere Reserve Park 50 km lies between the Caribbean sea and the mountains of the Sierra Maestra. It is only 20 km from Santiago de Cuba.

The Park became world famous for its Prehistoric valley, the Meadow sculptures and the Lagoon of Baconao. On-site, covering over 11 hectares, located in the most different in sculpture figures more than 200 prehistoric animals during the stone age. Among them, the dinosaurs, mammoths, people from the ancient tribes. All sculptures are made in full size.
