The idea of a monument to the Creators of the city "is Togliatti sculptor A. I. Rukavishnikov, who chose the image of the monument from the history of the local region. Since 1842, setting the high altar Nicholas in the 55-meter high bell tower at the Trinity Cathedral in the old town, the Saint began to be considered a patron of Stavropol (now the city of Togliatti).
Behind the monument in 2006, built a bell tower with clock, thanks to which every hour on the Central square of the city is posted melodious bells chime.
The area around the architectural complex ennobled: smashed beds, put benches and lighted lanterns. Architectural complex "the city Creators" is the memory of the people, whose hands created the city of Togliatti.
