The manor house is a U-shaped in plan, the building, standing in the centre of the estate, which is strictly oriented to the cardinal. During the reign of Aleksey Stepanovich Khomyakov house was a spacious room, which consisted of 4 large and several small rooms that were separated by a corridor crammed with furniture from different times and different styles. Walls were decorated with paintings, portraits, sculpture, the house had a rich library. In 1918 from the manor-house was removed 20 carts with paintings and furniture, a library of more than 8 thousand volumes.

Manor Park is situated behind the manor house and is divided into two parts: the first is regular, the second infinity. The Park runs down to the Middle pond and is bordered on the South passing through the estate road. The rectangle of the Park cut through three Linden alleys, one runs parallel to the house, the other two in the southern part of the Park are perpendicular to the house and down to the Middle pond. In the center of the Park is a large meadow on the edges and in the middle was located large trees (Linden, oak, chestnuts and cedars). Right from the glade – "theatre", which was lined with lime trees on the perimeter. Along the road is a small shaft that is lined by two rows of Linden trees.

Regular Park represented mainly lime trees, there are also oak and spruce. The landscape part of the Park is located behind the ponds on the slopes of the fields and ravines. Groups of trees here consists of deciduous, coniferous and mixed forests. From the South and the North to the manor adjacent Apple orchards to the East of the field.

The manor Manager's house is located in the centre of the estate, near the manor house. This two-story brick building with a first and a wooden second floor.
