The Church of Saints Constantine and Helena is a Greek Orthodox Church located in Balchik. The building was built in 1894. It is known that in those years in Balchik there were only two churches: Bulgarian, named after Saint Nicholas, a Greek, called "Epiphany".

The Church of Saints Constantine and Helena is a two-storey three-nave Basilica with traditional Bulgarian Church architecture element – apse. The roof of the temple is surmounted by a dome. The main advantage is the outer finish is a large number of fine stone details that adorn the bell tower open type, located on the roof.

As a result of government policy in 1906, many Greeks left the territory of Bulgaria. Probably this was the reason that in the Church of Saints Constantine and Helena has ceased to hold worship services. In Romanian occupation and after the temple was used for another purpose. Until recently, the building functioned as a concert hall. Only closer to our days, the Church was finally put in order and re-consecrated. Today it is a functioning Church.
