Park "Valley of Roses" is located on the Bank of Kremenchuk reservoir, just five hundred meters from the center of Cherkassy. This Park is a favourite place of relaxation for both locals and visitors alike. It is located at the foot of another, equally famous and popular landmarks in Cherkasy – the Hill of Glory, crowned by a huge sculpture "the Motherland".

In the Park you can enjoy the coolness near one of the mini-lakes or fountains, stroll through the winding alleys, relax on a bench. In the evening, along Aley lanterns. The Park is one of the most popular venue for city events. And coming here in one weekend, you can attend the festival, celebration or concert.

In 2012, the Park had installed a huge solar clock. The dial diameter amounted to fifteen meters. The originality and the main difference between this watch from those established in other cities of Ukraine, including their big arrow made in the form of a crane and the dial is decorated with wrought-iron chairs. All chairs, made of bronze, there are twelve, as in the popular work of Ilf and Petrov.

Out of the Park offers spectacular views of the Dnipro river. It is common to celebrate the newlyweds, couples with children and youth in the Park because everyone will find entertainment to their liking.
