The Museum of modern art in Bolzano, which is often called simply Museion, was founded as a private collection in 1985 year and has opened its doors to the public two years later. Over time the mission of the Museum has changed, he has become a platform for a variety of meetings and discussions, as well as the Studio, where he created true works of art. In 1991, the year was born the name of Museion, and in the early 2000s, he turned his attention to contemporary art, with emphasis on the role of linguistic structures in culture. In 2008, the year for the collections of the Museum was built a new, very extraordinary building with a large glass façade, which was forced to talk about a kind of dialogue between the historic centre of Bolzano and new parts of the city.
