In 1938, the brewery passed into the hands of Jozef Malin, son-in-law Zeman, and in 1939, after the annexation of Volyn province to the USSR, Lutsk brewery was nationalized. In the post-war period the enterprise was a part of Volyn production Association beer and soft drink industries of the state agricultural Committee of the USSR.
