The art Gallery of Western Australia – part of the Perth Cultural Centre, located near the Western Australian Museum and State library. The current building of the gallery was opened in 1979.

Annual exhibition of "Year 12 Perspectives" presents to the public the works of students of art schools – paintings, prints, digital art, design and sculpture.
