Museum of military technologies – one of the attractions of the city of Temryuk, located on both sides of the highway, on a small hill (volcano Bowl), South-East of the settlement.

The Museum was opened in 1983 and was dedicated to the 40th anniversary since the liberation of the Taman Peninsula from Nazi invaders. The conference was initiated by veterans of the great Patriotic war, local authorities and employees of the Temryuk historical archaeological Museum. Today the Museum has over 100 exhibits. It is the largest Museum of its kind in the country.

The exposition of the Museum is the military equipment of the great Patriotic war and the postwar period, illustrating the defeat in 1943 the enemy on the Taman Peninsula and the end of the Battle for the Caucasus. There are many types of military equipment: aircraft, torpedo boats, tanks, missiles, small arms, and more.

Special interest of visitors of the Museum is a relatively new Museum exhibit - boat "Military hill". This battle boat has served the naval forces of Russia for more than 25 years. Today ship has taken a worthy place among the exhibition. This exhibit was installed to the 65th anniversary of the Victory thanks to the initiative of the head of municipal formation temrjuksky area.

Visiting the Museum of military equipment, guests can see the wonderful panorama of the surrounding area of Temryuk opening from the mountains Bowl. From here one can see a large part of the Taman Peninsula with its interesting estuaries and marshes, the mud hills and vineyards.

Located on an extinct volcano Temryuk Museum of military equipment is the hallmark of the city, the venue for various events in commemorative days.
