The memorial complex "Fire of glory" is located in Rybinsk on the Volga embankment. The obelisk in honour of the military and labor feats of the inhabitants of Rybinsk in the war was opened in 1967. Its author is A. M. Komarov. The obelisk is made of stainless steel and has a height of 28 meters. In 1975 there was an eternal flame was lit.
