The high plateau of Hardangervidda, located in Western Norway at the height of 1200-1600 m above sea level, with an area of 8000 square meters, is the largest in Europe. There are glaciers, rivers flowing both East and West directions, forming different waterfalls, the largest of which – . – flushes the stream of water from a height of 134 m.
Hiking trails on the plateau are held in serene silence through the forest, herbaceous shrubs, mosses and lichens. The main inhabitants of the local fauna – deer, the hunting of which is severely restricted, weasels, foxes, etc.
