Pulaski the Museum is a unique Museum in the open air in southern Estonia. The Museum is located in the village of Carracci near the old postal route Tartu – võru. The grounds of the Museum of the Peasantry is 5 ha. Here has been preserved buildings of the former parish centre, built in the late nineteenth century. The Museum was founded in the 1970s on the initiative and under the leadership of the League of Kermas, with the help of students and teachers.

The main building of the Museum is housed in a former school, built in 1889. Due to the small number of pupils of the school in 1971 was closed. Today you can discover the old classroom, which hosts ancient lessons, living room, memorial room of the artist Wanda Juhansoo and exhibitions. The composition of the school complex also includes barns, barn and bath "on-black". Later than the school itself was built towering residential building for teachers.
