Small resort town of Lindos, located on the South East coast of Rhodes, one of the most picturesque and interesting from the point of view of the architecture of the cities of the island.

One of the most interesting attractions after Lindos Acropolis is the ancient Orthodox Church of the virgin, which is located almost in the center of the city. Repair and reconstruction of the temple was carried out by order of the Grand Master of the order of St John Pierre Aubusson.

The Church is a cross-domed Church with an octagonal dome, whitewashed walls and a red tile roof. The most striking difference with the Church is a tall stone tower. The Church is surrounded by high walls, and its courtyard paved with mosaics of black and white pebbles.
