The Museum of M. V. Frunze is located in the Ivanovo region, Shuya on the street Malachi Belova. This is one of the oldest in the Ivanovo region museums. Its origin dates back to exhibitions on the life and revolutionary work of M. V. Frunze, which opened on 10 March 1939. In 1950, opened the exhibition, which was built on the biography of M. V. Frunze. The exhibition lasted until 1983, then the Museum was closed for re-exposition and overhaul. Today the artistic design of the Museum is designed by a group of artists combine pictorial and decorative arts (St. Petersburg) and the Moscow Studio of military artists named after. Grekov.

In 1992, the Museum reopened to the public. The exposition of the Museum and its collections tell the history of Feng Shui since ancient times. Much of the historical material relates to the national story. The Museum has an art collection, which includes posters, paintings, sculptures, stamps, photographs, porcelain, etc. In the Museum's collections include works honored and people's artists of Russia and the USSR. The Museum has preserved the tradition of the memorial Museum, as the exhibition tells about the history of Feng Shui, but also about the life of M. V. Frunze.

In four rooms of the Museum, which occupies almost 900 sq. m. is the exhibition "Time and fate". The Museum also has 6 exhibition halls, which presents private collection gifted to the Museum and concert hall "Modern".

The first room of the exhibition tells about the history of Feng Shui in the 19th century, introduces its architecture, the development of spiritual culture and education, merchants, trade. In the exposition presents everyday objects relating to concu century, women's and men's clothing and other items that help create an image of a cosy provincial town of Shuya.

In the exposition of the second hall tells of the city during the revolution: 1905-1907, 1917. Among the unique exhibits in it – prison case of M. V. Frunze.

The third hall is dedicated to the creation of Ivanovo-Voznesensk province and the history of the Civil war. Here, given the events of the revolution and Civil war and their tragic consequences, the activities of the "red" and "white" movement. Dominant hall – diorama "Battle of Ufa" (E. A. Korneev), which is a canvas 4 x 14m and is 40 sq. m. In this room also presents battle flags and weapons of the Civil war. Special attention should be given photos of Trotsky and Mikhail Frunze on parade, a handwritten magazine "Free thought" of 1918, as well as various unique military documents. A separate part of the exhibition devoted to the period of the new economic policy of industrialization and collectivization, political repressions of the 1930-ies.

The fourth hall is a memorial and devoted the last years of life Frunze and his activities as Chairman of the Revolutionary military Council of the Republic.

The Museum also features a collection of vessels with secrets, unique in the world. There is an art center.
