The Puerta del Sol, or Gate of the Sun, are located in Toledo and are one of the ancient gates that provided access to the city. The gate was built in the 14th century by the knights Hospitaller.

The Puerta del Sol is built in the Moorish style, and represent a massive stone structure that carried out at the time, defensive function.
