Municipal budgetary institution of local lore Museum named after P. P. Tynchenko is one of the cultural attractions of the Republic of Adygea. It is located in the village Giaginskaya on the street red.

Giaginsk the Museum was established in 1989, Its first Director was appointed Polina Petrovna Tynchenko. It is in her honor and was named the Museum. P. p. Tynchenko always treated his case with enthusiasm and great love.

The Foundation of this Museum began with the creation of the room "Labor and battle glory". It was formed with the support of the participants of the great Patriotic war, and assembled to the first room exhibits. After a while the room became a Museum.

The main purpose of the Museum was the preservation of the history of the village Giaginskaya and memory of the people who participated in the great Patriotic war. To date, the Fund Giaginsk local history Museum named after P. P. Tynchenko there are more than 11500 units, of which about 8800 - items of the main Fund. The total area of the exhibition hall is 170 sq m, and storage facilities – 30 sq. m.

Now for the guests of the Museum has five rooms, each of them dedicated to a specific period in the history of the development of the village. The most unique and valuable collections of the district Museum of local lore are: numismatic collection, an amazing collection of tablecloths, towels and clothing, a collection of medals, and a collection of paintings by local artists.

The Museum has only three employees, one of them has a degree. Workers Giaginsk Museum is interesting and competently conduct tours on different themes.
