Braga is considered the most beautiful city in Portugal and is conventionally divided into Old town and New town. The new city is more of a business district. All the historical monuments and religious sites are concentrated in the Old city.
Church of Santa Eulalia is located in the district of Trains the Braga district. Also considered to be a parish Church in the area. Church of Santa Eulalia is a small size, was built in the XIII century and is a typical example of the architecture of Northern Portugal in the period of transition from Romanesque to Gothic. Since 1967, the Portuguese Institute of architectural heritage has classified the Church of Santa Eulalia as a cultural heritage of the country. Church of Santa Eulalia is close to popular places of Catholic pilgrimage - the Shrine of Bon, BOM Jesus do Monte.
