The largest and most magnificent mosque of Crimea Juma-Jami was founded in 1552 under Khan Devlet I Giray. The project of the mosque, the Khan ordered in Istanbul architect, Hodja Sinan, the Greek-born, highly educated person. Since the completion of the construction of the mosque was subjected to numerous alterations and restorations. A few years ago the mosque was fully restored by all the rules of science of the restoration of the lost parts and release the building from the architectural layers. So, have been completely restored by two minarets collapsed in the early nineteenth century as a result of the earthquake.

The mosque is the Central dome building, in terms of approaching the square from the West and from the East to which is added two minarets. Two tiers rarely placed Windows illuminate the two-story side of the gallery, covered with a flat dome three in a row.
