Villa Khaimah Frenkel was built in 1908 on the idea of the owner of the factory of leather goods Khaimah Frenkel. The Villa was supposed to become home to the family of the master of leather goods. The Frenkel family has lived here for many years, but it so happened that in 1920, the Villa appeared Jewish private school, which remained there until 1940. During the Second world war it was located and German hospital, and then Soviet hospital.
In 1994 the house was a Museum. In the Palace there are two exhibitions: one devoted to the province of 19-20 century and the other Jewish cultural heritage in Siauliai. The building has two living rooms: Blue and Yellow, three exhibition-interior hall and library. Museum work gallery: "Royal", "East Art" and "Noble portraits".
