The St. George temple is located 8 kilometers from Izborsk, in the village of Senno Pechora district of the Pskov region. It was built in 1562. The Church is a single – domed, three, four pillars, surmounted by a light drum head with bulbous shape and a cross. The main cubic volume presents a quadrangular, covered with a pyramidal roof. From the East side to adjoin reduced apse semi-cylindrical shape, with a North – low extension, with South aisle, West porch of the beginning of XX century. All these additions cover the old facades of the quadrangle.

The decor of the facades of the quadrangle is characterized by modesty. It is typical of the Pskov churches of the XVI century: the walls have a three-part structure of blades, at the top of linked 2-whopaste creeping arches, and in the center is semicircular. The drum is decorated with traditional ornament, consisting of 2 rows of bagonza and the curb. The belt is crowned by a number which is presented terraced semi-circular niches and arches of the corbel. On the sides are 4 light slit-like opening, above them there are protonate canopies. The head of the temple covered with iron, it depicts stars, painted with ochre. The decoration on the arches are not preserved; on the small side apses can be seen on the 1st vintage delavau the window opening.

St. George temple – four, West of the pillars in terms of a round form, East – rounded. Light drum stands on an elevated supporting arches. Torispherical vaults overlap the ends of the cross, and the conch of the apse. The Western wall is provided with a wooden choir with a tent in which there is an ancient slit window opening. All roofs are covered with iron.

In St. George's Church has a four-tiered iconostasis, Dating from the mid-nineteenth century, with the pedestal and finial in the center is the icon "God Almighty". Forms the iconostasis is strict, with characteristic horizontal and vertical partitionings, decorated with carvings, focusing mainly on the "Royal doors" and entablatures. The iconostasis was painted maroon oil paint, the details bronze.

Near the temple is the bell tower, representing a free-standing, high, square in plan design, covered with a sloping shed roofs, metal roof. It is built of limestone slabs. The height of the belfry is 18 meters. Survived 2 big and 2 small bells.

Around the Church of St. George lies a cemetery. It is surrounded by a fence of stone. There are gates. They are very unusual wavy kind of volume are dated to the second half of the XVIII century. Gates has 2 aperture: large (with a wide arch and ogee-shaped end) and small (smaller side). Over a small aperture has a rectangular niche for icons. Gates, as a belfry, made of local limestone slabs, plastered and whitewashed.
