The rural parish Church in Mikkeli is a large wooden building, raspolozhenie in the Western part of the city. This is the third largest Church in Finland, with a capacity of 2000 people, was built in 1816-gg. designed by architect Carl Bassi in accordance with the religious traditions of Finland. Following the canons of the Lutheran Church, the style of the building reminds the intersection of the cross and the square.

The Eastern wall of the temple is an altar with an image of the crucifixion of Christ, which is the copy exhibited in the Louvre paintings Pierre Padhani.

Restorers managed to keep intact since 1873. Church facade, as well as the old bell, cast in 1752.

The entrance to the village Church is free, however, its doors are open to tourists only in summer.
