In Central Park the city of Cheboksary is architectural and sculptural ensemble "the unity of the peoples and cultures". The sculpture represents seven bronze figures of the girls in full growth, which ascend up to the sky bowl in the form of petals of a Lotus flower, symbolizing the seven major world religions. On each petal is an artistic symbol of religion: Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Judaism, Zoroastrianism, Hinduism and one of the forms of the religious philosophy the concept of Yin-Yang.

The architectural complex, which opened in the Central Park of culture and rest named after the 500th anniversary of the city of Cheboksary is only in Chuvashia symbol of multinational Russia. The monument calls for wisdom, love, peace, friendship of all peoples, religions, ethnic groups and religions.

The idea of creating a sculpture "the unity of the peoples and cultures" belonged to the wife of the head of the Chuvash Republic, and the idea was realized in the life of a sculptor Wladyslaw Zotikov. According to the author of the composition, the Lotus is a universal symbol in all cultures around the world and embodies the divine. At the top of the pedestal round were located seven philosophical sayings that unites all religions and glorifying the Lord in all languages.

The height of the monument with a pedestal more than seven meters, and weighs about three tons. In celebration of the opening of the monument on 6 may 2008, official figures were announced about the peoples living on the territory of Chuvashia: 97 nationalities who are 22 national-cultural autonomies, 12 faiths and denominations.
