The water Park "Ocean dome" (Seagaia Ocean Dome) is recognized as the world's largest indoor Waterpark, this achievement was recorded in the Guinness Book of records. Soon the updated water Park due to open after a long renovation, which lasts for seven years.

For all its grandeur, the water Park was unprofitable project: in 2000, its debt amounted to $ 2, 5 billion dollars. During the economic crisis it was sold, in 2002, the Park has resumed its work, and in 2007 it was closed for renovation.

In the name of the water Park used a combination of English words "sea" - the sea and "gaia" - Gaia, in Greek mythology the goddess of the earth. The Park belongs to the hotel chain and is part of the Sheraton Seagaia resort Resort. The Park is located on the ocean near (just three hundred meters) with natural beach, which is not so comfortable. The Park was opened in 1993, the length of its dome is 300 meters, width -100, height – 38 meters. The area of the complex is equal to the area of six football fields, a Playground can accommodate up to ten thousand people. In hot weather, the dome was opened, and on cold days through closed dome you could see the blue sky. Under the dome air temperature is maintained at 30 degrees, the temperature of the water was 28 degrees.

After the renovation, visitors will be able to see under the dome of an aquapark real tropical jungle inhabited by parrots, two artificial volcano, spewing fire. Surfers will get the wave pool and all other pools with fresh water, the white sand beach and various water attractions – waterfalls, slides, Jacuzzi and Spa as well as entertainment for children. In addition, you will find a whole street of shops, the length of which will be 85 meters.
