Besides original ceramic products that can be found in every market of the East, in Suk El Juma is famed perfumes, bright fabrics, clothing, leather goods and, of course, all that is required for cooking spices, fresh fruits and vegetables, dried herbs, traditional sweets and dates, which are especially delicious.

Nabeul, located 10 km North from the town of Hammamet, from the XVI century was one of the most famous cities producing ceramics in Tunisia. Until that time, the city was no different from other small towns, living a normal life, but in the XVI century on a promontory residents of Bon Nabeul found layers of high-quality clay. Since then, the production of ceramics is one of the most developed sectors in Tunisia.

The Souk El Juma presented all kinds of pottery masters.
