Fort Jesus was built in 1593. Around the beautifully preserved main yard built a strong bastions. The Fort withstood 9 sieges. After that it was many times rebuilt, then rebuilt in prison, and finally to the national Museum, the exhibition which you can see fragments of the Portuguese warship. I can add description
