This village is the first after the South exit, located at the side of the Olonets. Village segrega welcomes all visitors who come to see the wooden Church of Frol and Lavr.

The Church was built in 1613 in honour of the victory of the Russian army in the war with Sweden. The construction of the temple took place on the ancient road leading from Novgorod to Northern lands located 12 km from the town of Olonets. The name of the Church was given in honor of St. Frol and Lavr, which is especially revered by the farmers as custodians of not only livestock, but also around the farm. The Church is located on the hill, she is practically invisible at a distance of a nearby road, as her whole view is closed by the trees of pine grove, which is also the cemetery.

The Church frola and Lavra is a unique and rare monument of wooden architecture, famous throughout the country; it represents the Church of Novgorod type. In typical Novgorod appearance of the Church is particularly bright and well defined features of the famous stone Church, named in honor of Theodore Stratelates, presented in the form of intersecting Gables, entrance porch, located on the North side, as well as the octagon with tent, located above the dining room a bathroom. Originally the Church was a simple building, log of logs, but in the 19th century wooden building was sheathed with boards. The Church's octagonal has very small dimensions and has a failure, mounted directly above the center of the main frame of the quadrangle. Octagonal tent, made in a simple style, has an onion dome and majestically crowned by the Church building.

The refectory room of the Church of Frol and Lavr adjacent to the main frame Church located on the West side. Entrance with large porch and leading to the refectory is located on the North side, which is especially rare to see in the Karelian Republic.

As for the space-planning decision of the Church, the building has a biaxial composition. The horizontal axis of the building is formed of sufcient volume of a rectangular altar, the refectory and temple pieces. The layout of the building has enfilade structure, and the width of the altar is much smaller than the width of all other spaces.

About constructive solutions we can say that the refectory room and the altar is completely covered with a gable roof, and above the temple part of the building, which is slightly higher than the refectory and the altar, there vosmiletnie coverage with four triangular pediments. Directly above the center voimistelu cover is a small octagon with an extension, which is topped by a slim hipped roof with a cupola. At the North façade, immediately under a gable roof supported by pillars carved box. The ceilings in the Church Board and laid on the beams. The temple has two Windows, located at different levels: one is South and the other from the North. Window squinting. Tent roof truss, gable roof, and all the coating is iron.

Decorative elements are completely absent. The cabin walls are made "in oblo", and the outer portion is completely covered by planks.

Inside this unique monument of wooden architecture preserved only rarely found transoms three-tiered iconostasis, which dates from the early 17th century. Beautiful fine carving of the old iconostasis correctly applied the red the templon, which is a wooden altar screen, used to set icons. The rest of the interior decoration is scarce.

At the moment, the majestic and famous Church of Frol and Lavr is current; periodic place of service.
