The Church of St. Augustine, also called the Temple of God's Grace, located in the historic center of Santiago de Chile.

The Foundation of the building was erected in 1625, but the facade of the building in neoclassical style was built two centuries later: a porch with four columns supporting an entablature and balustrade were built by Ferminine of Vivacity in 1863. This phase of work also included the construction of the tower.

The first Church was built in stone by Peruvian architect whose name is not known, was destroyed by an earthquake in 1627, but the Foundation of this building is used today. After almost 80 years, in 1707, the Church once again opened its doors to the faithful. In 1730, the Church was badly damaged in the earthquake, and only in 1784 was again restored. Between 1799 and 1803 for years in the halls of the temple were carried out work on the interior decoration in the Baroque style.

The Church Of St. Augustine has three naves, separated by thick, square at the base columns. The last and most important restoration work in the temple were carried out in 2003. San Agustin Church was declared a national monument of Chile in 1981.
