Archbishop's Palace is located in the southern part of Seville, the Barrio Santa Cruz, next to Plaza Reial square and opposite the Cathedral of Seville. The Palace was built to become the residence of the bishops and archbishops of Seville. The facade of the building was designed by Lorenzo Fernandez de Iglesias with the assistance of Archbishop Manuel arias in 1704 mainly in the late Baroque style, although its appearance combines the features of several architectural styles.

In the inner rooms of the Palace amazed by the beauty of the main hall is divided by four columns and decorated with statues of saints, a magnificent painted ceilings, frescoes, paintings depicting biblical scenes.

The facade is done in red, white color decorated with pilasters and large balconies. Inside the Palace there is a library that contains of religious literature and Church documents Dating back to the 14th century. Also the Palace houses a collection of paintings and sculptures of the Baroque period, which is considered the third largest gallery in Seville.
