Villa Vera is located in the historical part of the city of Sochi and is a monument of regional significance.
In October 1872, a Moscow merchant of the first Guild Nikolay Mamontov built here for his daughter Faith is a beautiful wooden cottage. Faith was very ill, so was limited in movement.
