Money Museum, which is located in Feodosiya, officially born on 15 July 2003. Its opening was held on 22 August 2003 the Work of this Museum is aimed at the study of coinage, which arose in Feodosia. No less important is withdrawn and promotion of coinage, as Theodosia is the leading cities in Ukraine by the number of those periods when money was produced. The number of periods of release of money equal to twelve. 31 July 2005 at the Museum of money of Feodosia was a Grand opening of the "room – safe".

At the opening of the Museum of money were presented to the ancient Theodosia coins, which are its pride. The Museum's collection of 16 instances, while in the leading numismatic museums around the world have units of coins issued during the reign of ancient Theodosia. All coins vary in type and rating. Some of the coins are unique, and address them only in Feodosia Museum of money.

The main objective of the Museum of money is to promote the history of the creation and circulation of money. Before the Museum staff are challenged to provide effective assistance to people who collect money. This is the coin and paper money collectors.
