Skyscraper Central Park is a 51-storey office building in Perth. The height of the skyscraper is 226 meters from the Foundation to the roof, and along with the communications antenna – all 249 meters. It is the tallest building in Perth and the ninth-highest in Australia.

Approval of the project of the building was enough discussion: the height of a skyscraper more than double the allowable for this place. The building itself is constructed of laminated steel on a concrete frame with multiple ledges of the façade – upper floor size is much smaller than the lower. Side supports on top of the building and on ledges increase its resistance to strong winds, which are frequent in this region. At the foot is a small Park, which gave its name to the skyscraper.

Since the early 1930-ies on this place was the Department store Foy & Gibson, known to locals simply as "Foz" and later renamed "David Jones". By the end of 1970-ies network, who owned the store, left the market in Western Australia, and for several years the store building stood idle. In 1985 the land was purchased by "Central park Developments", which announced the reconstruction of an area of 1, 5 ha. it was Assumed that there will be built 45-storey office building, underground Parking, Park and shop. Already by October 1986, the planned height of the building increased to 47 floors. The big problem was caused by the project construction of underground Parking: the decision of the City Council of Perth in this location could accommodate only 300 cars, so as not to create traffic. And in the project announced the establishment 1175 Parking spaces.

The construction of the skyscraper began in 1988 and was completed in 4 years by establishing a communication antenna. The first tenants have occupied their offices in may 1992, six months later the Park was opened. The construction of the largest office in the city centre at a cost of $186, 5 million.
