In one of the towns of the province of Ribagorza, located on the territory of the Pyrenees of Aragon, is an amazing Church, dedicated to St. Mary Church of Santuario de Torreciudad. The Church is located in a picturesque place on the Bank of the river Cinca. This is a fairly young Church, built by the architect of Eliodoro of DALSA between 1970 and 1975. The modern temple is notable for its original architecture and large-scale sizes. Inside the temple at the same time is 500 people. When the temple was built, the materials that are left after you destroyed many ancient buildings, scattered on the territory of Aragon. The temple walls are mostly lined with pink stone, which was filed manually.

On two floors of the temple is posted choirs, the crypt with four chapels and 40 confessionals. The main altar of the Church was made Catalan sculptor Juan the main Torreson. The altar is decorated with scenes from the life of the Holy virgin Mary, and in one of the niches is the figure revered in Spain our lady Torreciudad. In one of the chapels, located on the second floor housed a magnificent bronze statue of Jesus Christ, created by Italian artist and sculptor Pasquale Sciancalepore.

The Church has an organ with more than 4 thousands of pipes, and each year in August in the Church building for the festival of organ music. Also in the premises of the Church hosts concerts and other cultural events.
