Holy Trinity monastery was founded in 1996. He appeared in the village of Senno no accident. In the 17th century in Senno was a large churchyard. In the 16th century there was built the Church of Florus and Laurus, which belonged to Colectomy the churchyard. It is on behalf of this Church and was named the churchyard – Sendowski Florovsky. In the 17th century here, from Tikhvin, ruined Novgorod and Sweden, moved Zemstvo hut (local administration). Florus and Laurus has survived several fires in 1653 and 1771 respectively. And each time she recovered. The current Church of Florus and Laurus was built in 1881-1883. After the consecration of the Church was laid for the Church in the name of the Holy Trinity.

Church of the Holy Trinity was built in the years 1888-1898. The Church was consecrated in 1898 on the day of the coronation of Nicholas II. John of Kronstadt was one of the contributors to this temple. In the coming Senno was composed of ten villages, when there was a temperance society of St. Seraphim of Sarov and a parochial school.

In 30-ies of XX century temples in Senno were closed. The last Abbot here was Basil Candelabra, which is now canonized as a new Martyr. In 1937 he was arrested together with other Tikhvin priests. After one interrogation he was shot. The churches wanted to blow up in order to get here bauxite. In the stone of Trinity Church was opened the store, and in the Church of Florus and Laurus made a club. They survived the war and survived until our days.

In the early 1990-ies local administration handed over the temples to the Tikhvin monastery. The Abbot of the monastery, father Alexander, ordered to organize in Senno women's Skeet. The monastery was built in a valley below the house of Martyr Basil Candelabra. Headed by Holy Trinity monastery nun Tabitha. The nun settled in Troitza the temple. It started with the restoration of temples – Florus and Laurus and the Holy Trinity. By 1998, renovated Trinity Church, in 2001-2002 – the Church of Florus and Laurus.

The entrance to the Church of the Holy Trinity is now decorated with a mosaic temple icon, inside the temple there are many shrines, among which genuine chandelier-horos. Here also is kept the mitten John of Kronstadt, of Slippers, which was consecrated on the relics of St. Spyridon of trimythous, other relics and Souvenirs brought back from pilgrimages or donated to the temple. Worship services began in 1998 have yet to be refurbished Trinity Church. Over time, the Church took its present form, the individual revered icons were donated to the temple, chandeliers were made in pre-revolutionary drawings again. Near the entrance to the temple set up a cross in memory of those buried here, with the Church set up a cross on the grave of the father of Severian, who served here until 1933.

In 2005-2006, was built a new log Church of the beheading of John the Baptist. Well under the altar of the Church is lined with bricks that were brought from ruined temples in the Holy Land, to Balaam with the Baptist skete. In 2005, resumed service in the wooden Church of Florus and Laurus after the installation of the dome with the cross and to carry out minor repairs.

In the churches of the monastery are the particles of the relics of the martyrs Barbara and Elizabeth, saints martyrs Theodosius of Chernigov and St. George, St. Laurence of Chernigov, Aristotle Athos and Macarius unzhensk, St. Philip Uropskogo.

Now in Holy Trinity skete three churches, a refectory, bath, nursing building, a house-hotel, apiary, vegetable garden. Opposite the monastery in the village the chapel of the martyrs and new martyrs of Russia, and at the entrance from Boksitogorsk staged roadside George.

In connection with the opening of Tikhvin Vvedensky convent of Holy Trinity monastery in the village of Senno attributed to him. Now worship in the churches of the monastery do on Saturdays and patron Saint's days.

Near the monastery are two sources: one is named in honor of St. Nicholas, the other – in honor of St. Sergius of Radonezh. Just above them were formerly the home of Basil Candelabra. In Trinity Church is his icon. In the monastery there is evidence aid suffering Martyr. At the site of his house has established a memorial cross. On the way to the springs to this day preserved apples, gooseberries, and currants from the former garden of a priest. Water from the spring has healing properties and helps in the healing of the afflicted and the sick.
