Regional historical Museum of the Casa Garcilaso is one of the most visited museums in Cusco. The Museum is located in the building in which he was born and lived until 20 years of Peruvian historian and writer Inca Garcilaso de La VEGA (1539-1616 yy), the author of the book "Los Comentarios Reales de los Incas", in Russian translation known as "the History of the Incas".
The basis of the Museum was based on the collection, donated by the family of Concha Iberico in 1946 the Colonial Museum.
