River Jack is one of the highest waterfalls in Dominica. It is located on the Eastern shore of the island, it is easily visible from the trail Temps Perdu, in French translates as "forgotten days". Nearby is the picturesque Victoria falls, which is located on the White river. The water of this river is known to nourish in Dominica Boiling lake.

The nearest settlement is the small village Delis. It is located in the Southeast of Dominica between Petite Savane and La Plaine. La Plaine is the second largest town in the parish of St. Patrick.
