The Dulber Palace was built in 1895-1897. The Palace was built on the plan of the famous Yalta architect N. P.Krasnov specifically for Grand Duke Peter Nikolaevich Romanov. The Palace is distinguished by its white and battlements, Windows, arch, different ornaments and mosaics and silver domes.

In Arabic the name of the Palace means "gorgeous" or "beautiful". The Palace of the architect built in the Moorish style. There are over hundreds of rooms. All facades of the building have a wonderful personality, with lots of quirky details.

Special attention to the architect paid to the design of the entrances, balconies, Windows and doors. In a stone niche, still preserved medallion, which bears the inscription: "may Allah bless included here." Throughout the territory around the Palace lies the exquisite Park. In this Park there are many rare plants, so it is called Botanical.
