One of the Orthodox attractions of Kaliningrad is the temple of the Holy Apostle Andrew the first-called, was built on the donations of organizations and parishioners in may 2007. The construction of the temple in the name of St. Andrew started in October 2005 with the blessing of Metropolitan Kaliningrad and Smolensk Kirill.
