The river Paneretta is an underground river in the Borovichi district, Novgorod region. Is the left tributary of the Msta. A unique natural monument. Paneretta flows into the Msta in the area of Borovichi thresholds. Presumably, the name of the river came from the word "swallow holes". This is indentations in the ground where the river hides a few kilometers to the confluence in the Msta. Paneretta originates in the lake Linevo, flows through the village Visma.
