Dominican Church – Roman Catholic Church of St Dominic, one of the oldest churches in płock. The history of the Church began in 1225, when the Dominicans came to płock. By order of the Duke Konrad I of Masovia for Dominicans the Church was built, which was consecrated in 1234 the Bishop Gunther. The first written mention of the Church dates back to the year 1237. Later was built the Dominican monastery and the bell tower. In the fifteenth century the city suffered a terrible fire that destroyed the Church building and convent. In the late sixteenth century the Church was rebuilt in the late Gothic style. In the eighteenth century Mikhail Jerzy Poniatowski built a priest's house. In 1804, the monks were expelled, after which the building was opened secondary school.

The Church was restored in 1964 by the Catholic community. Also were restored house of the priest and the bell tower. Inside the Church are four wooden confessionals, pulpits, made in the late Baroque style with images of the symbols of the evangelists, the altar in Rococo style.

Currently the Church is the parish for the inhabitants of Plock. The parish is led by the pastor Tadeusz Lebkowski.
