Sebezhsky history Museum covered in their expositions of the history of Sebezhsky edge. The Museum also has a section devoted to the history of Sebezhsky area from the Neolithic age to the early middle ages. This exposition is located in two rooms on the ground floor. For many years, starting with the 1940-ies in this area lead the important work of archaeologists from the city of St. Petersburg: F. D. Gurevich, Miklyaeva A. M., Tarakanov S. A. and many others. Archaeological expeditions were discovered Neolithic sites, 23 of the settlement, 10 villages, and 1470 mounds. A separate stand is devoted to ancient man.

The exhibition entitled "the History of the region from the middle ages to the early 20th century" presented in a small room. Here you can see the old arms of the city of Sebezh, layout wooden medieval fortress, various items of peasant utensils, photos of the famous Castle hill, on which arose the city of Sebezh, objects of urban life in the 18th and 19th centuries and more.

The Museum is in the planning stage display of art and objects from the 17th-20th centuries, but here are some instances: French tapestry 17th century, unusual music box, a collection of gramophones and samovars, and a collection of knives 18-19 centuries.
