The Spa house is a building located on the pier in Sopot, together with the adjacent Sheraton hotel forms a multi-functional commercial complex. The holiday house has an area in 10105 sq m, there are: Spa complex, conference centre, shopping centre, restaurants and bars, as well as underground Parking. In the nearest plans the opening of a mineral water pump room and art gallery.

The first such building was built in Sopot in 1824. A one-storey building was gradually expanded, it opened the hotel and Banquet facilities. In 1879 construction began on the Spa at the place where today is located the Spa house. However, in 1909 the building was demolished and in its place began the construction of the third building by architect from Gdansk Carl Weber. The official opening took place on 16 June 1910. The hotel was located casino, a ballroom and a gourmet restaurant. The Spa house existed until the end of the Second world war, when in 1945, after the occupation of Sopot by the red Army, the building was looted and set on fire. After the transfer of the city to the Polish authorities, the Spa house was not restored until the beginning of the 21st century.

In 2006, he found an investor, who started construction of a fourth Resort homes. The architectural style was largely borrowed from its predecessor, built in the early twentieth century. The Grand opening of the Spa house was held on 1 July 2009.

Today, the Spa house is a favorite place for townspeople and tourists.
