There are two versions of how he came to town this is a wonderful building. Unfortunately, the search for oil yielded no results, but now the city has such a wonderful building made of carved wood. According to another version, the author of the project of the future symbol Sum was made by the draftsman to the County Council of the city Matthew Savelev born in Kursk province, according to the drawings of which approximately 1900-1905 and was built by local Alcove.

By the way, gazebo Gazebo is the only wooden building in the city, which was not damaged during the great Patriotic war.

Alcove, having clearly forms of "Russian style" refers to this unique city development direction of architecture, historicism, and also an example of small architectural constructions. In appearance Gazebo is an octagonal outdoor wooden terrace, located on a high brick plinth and covered with a cruciform vaulted roof with a faceted dome. The diameter of the structures is about 6 m and the height is 10 m.

The main feature of the Arbours is that it was built without a single nail. The gazebo is decorated with a profiled column, lace cornices, carved roof finials and other decorative elements.
