Sociosanitaria the Church is located near the Nikolaev St. Anthony " s monastery, in the village of Sloboda krasnokholmskiy district of Tver region.

The first wooden Church of Zosima and Savvaty, which Solovetsky miracle workers, was built on the island disassembled from the Church of the ascension (also wooden) at the Holy gates of the monastery in 1690. In 1795, the wooden Church was destroyed in the fire, and in its place, two years later, the Church was made of stone with a chapel, consecrated in the name of the Holy virgin. This building survived until the present time.

It is a small building architectural composition "octagon on square", surmounted by a roof in the form of a dome, which is a small cupola. On the Eastern side adjacent to the Church altar apse, and on the West is a small refectory room and a three-tiered bell tower with a cupola. The Church has two chapels: the summer – in honor of the Holy virgin and winter – in the name of the venerable fathers Zosimas and Sabbatius.

In the parish consisted of several villages, among which were Sloboda, Grigorovo, Melnikova, Boyarsky and others. The Church was abolished in the 1930-ies. Returned to the believers only in the 1990-ies.

In our day in the Church of Zosima and Savvaty held worship and the restoration started. In the framework of the project entitled "Forgotten temples krasnokholmskiy district offers numerous activities.
