The main activities of the center related with the development of all genres and types of Amateur arts: theatre, music, dance, circus, film and photography, folk arts and crafts, poetry and painting. Special attention is paid to the development of children's creativity, promotion of folk customs, the support of "popular" bands, houses of culture, centres of crafts and folklore.
